M i n o r   B o u n d a r y   M o d i f i c a t i o n s   TRADITIONAL SITE FRAMEWORK APPLICATION FORMAT: TSF Minor Boundary Modification (Updated 10/6/2009) If possible, comments from the local CBP Port Director should be included with your request. If a letter from CBP is not included, a copy of your request must be provided to CBP no later than when the request is submitted to our office (see section 400.38(a) of the FTZ Board's regulations). When providing the copy to CBP, you can note that the regulations provide CBP with 20 days to submit comments.
