FTZ Board Update: New Application Procedures

PLEASE SHARE THIS UPDATE WITH YOUR FTZ OPERATORS, USERS AND OTHERS WHO MAY BE INTERESTED IN THE FTZ PROGRAM.

April 30, 2012, is the effective date for most provisions of the FTZ Board’s revised regulations (which were published on February 28, 2012 and are available on our website).

Starting April 30, new streamlined procedures will be in effect for applications or requests to the FTZ Board. A summary of the new procedures is available via the “What’s New” box on our main webpage. The direct link for the summary is:
