List of FY 07 Annual Reports Not Yet Received (November 25, 2008) |
The following is a list of FTZ grantees which, according to our records, have not yet submitted
their mandatory fiscal-year 2007 annual report on zone operations to the FTZ Board (due January 31,
2008). Any grantee that has not yet submitted its FY 2007 report should do so as soon as possible
to minimize the risk of fines or other adverse action under sections 81s or 81r of the Foreign-Trade
Zones Act of 1934 (19 U.S.C. 81a-81u). The FTZ Board staff can not process any
requests from those grantees until their FY 2007 reports are received. If a zone had no
activity, the grantee is required to submit a brief letter to that effect which also describes the
current status of the zone project and efforts being made to market and utilize the zone.
Please note that this list is being posted at the request of multiple FTZ grantees. If a grantee
appearing on this list has records indicating that its report was transmitted to the FTZ Board, the
grantee should contact Liz Whiteman of the FTZ Board staff at (202) 482-0473 or ftz@trade.gov, so
that we can bring this list up to date.
In addition, grantees who have still not submitted their 2006 annual reports in addition to failing
to submit 2007 reports are at serious risk of penalties under the FTZ Act. The list of missing 2006
annual reports is available here.
