SUMMARY: The International Trade Administration (ITA) hereby publishes a list of scope rulings completed between October 1, 1992, and December 31, 1992. In conjunction with this list, the ITA is also publishing a list of pending requests for scope clarifications. The ITA intends to publish future lists within thirty days of the end of each quarter. Background Sections 353.29(d)(8) and 355.29(d)(8) of the Department's regulations (19 CFR 353.29(d)(8) (1992) and 355.29(d)(8)) provide that on a quarterly basis the Secretary will publish in the Federal Register a list of scope rulings completed within the last three months. The lists are to include the case name, reference number, and brief description of the ruling. This notice lists scope rulings completed between October 1, 1992 and December 31, 1992, and pending scope clarification requests. The ITA intends to publish in April 1993 a notice of scope rulings completed between January 1, 1993 and March 31, 1993, as well as pending scope clarification requests.
