Section E:   Conclusion

    B. State that the U.S. Industry Producing a Domestic Like Product is Materially Injured, and/or Threatened with Material Injury, by Reason of Imports
    C. Include a Request for the Imposition of Antidumping Duties on the Subject Merchandise
