Approval of Manufacturing Activity Within Foreign-Trade Zone 83;
Onan Engine Company, Inc. (Small Internal Combustion Engines)
Huntsville, AL

    Pursuant to its authority under the Foreign-Trade Zones Act of June
18, 1934, as amended (19 U.S.C. 81a-81u), the Foreign-Trade Zones Board
(the Board) adopts the following Order:
    Whereas, an application from the Huntsville-Madison County Airport
Authority, grantee of FTZ 83, filed with the Foreign-Trade Zones (FTZ)
Board (the Board) on November 13, 1995, requesting authority on behalf
of the Onan Engine Company, Inc., to manufacture small internal
combustion engines under zone procedures within FTZ 83, Huntsville,
Alabama (FTZ Docket 74-95, 60 FR 58596, 11-28-95);
    Whereas, the Board adopts the findings and recommendation of the
Examiner's report, and finds that the requirements of FTZ Act and the
Board's regulations are satisfied and that the proposal is in the
public interest; and,
    Now, therefore, the Board hereby approves the request, subject to
the FTZ Act and the Board's regulations, including Sec. 400.28.
