Foreign-Trade Zone 189--Muskegon, Michigan; Application for
Subzone Status, ESCO Company Limited Partnership (Colorformer
Chemicals); Extension of Public Comment Period

    The comment period for the above case, requesting special-purpose
subzone status for the colorformer chemicals manufacturing facility of
ESCO Company Limited Partnership (ESCO) (jointly owned by Mitsui Toatsu
Chemicals and Yamamoto Chemicals (Japan)), in Muskegon, Michigan (61 FR
38137, 7/23/96) is further extended to January 21, 1996, to allow
interested parties additional time in which to comment on the proposal.

Comments in writing are invited during this period. Submissions should include 3 copies.
