Foreign-Trade Zone 86--Tacoma, WA; Withdrawal of Application for
Subzone Status for the Toray Carbon Fiber Composites Plant
Notice is hereby given of the withdrawal of the application
submitted by the Port of Tacoma, Washington, grantee of FTZ 86,
requesting special-purpose subzone status for the carbon fiber
composite materials manufacturing plant of Toray Composites (America),
Inc. The application was filed on February 16, 1993 (58 FR 11208, 2/24/
93).
The withdrawal was requested by the applicant because of changed
circumstances, and the case has been closed without prejudice.
