Expansion of Foreign-Trade Zone 122, Corpus Christi, TX

    Pursuant to its authority under the Foreign-Trade Zones Act of
June 18, 1934, as amended (19 U.S.C. 81a-81u), the Foreign-Trade
Zones Board (the Board) adopts the following Order:

    Whereas, an application from the Port of Corpus Christi Authority,
grantee of Foreign-Trade Zone No. 122, requesting authority to expand
its general-purpose zone in the Corpus Christi, Texas, area, within the
Corpus Christi Customs port of entry, was filed by the Foreign-Trade
Zones (FTZ) Board on August 25, 1994 (Docket 29-94, 59 FR 48850, 9/23/
94);
    Whereas, notice inviting public comment was given in the Federal
Register and the application has been processed pursuant to the FTZ Act
and the Board's regulations; and,
    Whereas, the Board has found that the requirements of the Act and
the regulations are satisfied, and that the proposal is in the public
interest;
    Now, Therefore, the Board hereby orders:
    The grantee is authorized to expand its zone as requested in the
application, subject to the Act and the Board's regulations, including
Sec. 400.28, and subject to a 2,000-acre activation limit.
