Foreign-Trade Zones Board; Milwaukee, WI, Application for
Expansion

    Pursuant to its authority under the Foreign-Trade Zones Act of June
18, 1934, as amended (19 U.S.C. 81a-81u), the Foreign-Trade Zones Board
(the Board) adopts the following Order:

Expansion of Foreign-Trade Zone 41, Milwaukee, Wisconsin Area

    Whereas, an application from the Foreign-Trade Zone of Wisconsin,
Ltd., grantee of Foreign-Trade Zone No. 41 (Milwaukee, Wisconsin area),
for authority to expand its general-purpose zone to include a site at
the Milwaukee County Research Park, Wauwatosa (Milwaukee County),
Wisconsin, within the Milwaukee Customs port of entry, was filed by the
Foreign-Trade Zones (FTZ) Board on April 22, 1993 (Docket 16-93, 58 FR
26959, 5/6/93);
    Whereas, notice inviting public comment was given in the Federal
Register and the application has been processed pursuant to the FTZ Act
and the Board's regulations; and,
    Whereas, the Board has found that the requirements of the Act and
the regulations are satisfied, and that approval is in the public
interest;
    Now, Therefore, the Board hereby orders:
    The grantee is authorized to expand its zone as requested in the
application, subject to the Act and the Board's regulations, including
Section 400.28.
