Expansion of Foreign-Trade Zone 119; Minneapolis-St. Paul, MN

    Pursuant to its authority under the Foreign-Trade Zones Act of
June 18, 1934, as amended (19 U.S.C. 81a-81u), the Foreign-Trade
Zones Board (the Board) adopts the following Order:

    Whereas, an application from the Greater Metropolitan Area FTZ
Commission, grantee of Foreign-Trade Zone No. 119, for authority to
expand its general-purpose zone in the Minneapolis-St. Paul, Minnesota,
area, within the Minneapolis-St. Paul Customs port of entry, was filed
by the Foreign-Trade Zones (FTZ) Board on March 19, 1993 (Docket 10-93,
58 FR 16650, 3/30/93);
    Whereas, notice inviting public comment was given in the Federal
Register and the application has been processed pursuant to the FTZ Act
and the Board's regulations; and,
    Whereas, the Board has found that the requirements of the Act and
the regulations are satisfied, and that approval is in the public
interest;
    Now, Therefore, the Board hereby orders: The application to expand
FTZ 119 is approved, subject to the Act and the Board's regulations,
including Section 400.28, and subject to a 2,000-acre activation limit.
