Status for Apple Computer Plant

Notice is hereby given of the withdrawal of the application submitted by
the City of Oakland, California, grantee of FTZ 56, requesting authority
for subzone status for the electronic data processing and communications
equipment manufacturing plant of Apple Computer, Inc., in Fremont, Alameda
County, California. The application was filed on November 5, 1991 (56 FR
58354, 11/19/91).
The withdrawal is requested by the applicant because of changed
circumstances, and the case has been closed without prejudice.
