              Expansion of Foreign-Trade Zone 41 Milwaukee, WI

                          Thursday, June 10, 1993


Pursuant to its authority under the Foreign-Trade Zones Act of June 18, 
1934, as amended (19 U.S.C. 81a-81u), the Foreign-Trade Zones Board (the 
Board) adopts the following Order:

Whereas, an application from the Foreign-Trade Zone of Wisconsin, Ltd.,
grantee of Foreign-Trade Zone No. 41, for authority to reorganize and
expand its general-purpose zone in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin area, within
the Milwaukee Customs port of entry, was filed by the Foreign-Trade Zones 
(FTZ) Board on October 29, 1991 (Docket 69-91, 56 FR 57513, 11/12/91) 
(Amendments: 57 FR 45606, 10/2/92; 58 FR 4147, 1/13/93);

Whereas, notice inviting public comment was given in the Federal Register
and the application has been processed pursuant to the FTZ Act and the
Boards's regulations; and,

Whereas, the Board has found that the requirements of the Act and the
regulations are satisfied, and that approval is in the public interest;

Now, Therefore, the Board hereby orders:
The grantee is authorized to reorganize and expand its zone as requested in
the application, as amended, subject to the Act and the Board's
regulations, including Section 400.28.
