Proposed Foreign-Trade Zone--Ventura County, CA; Rescheduled Public Hearing 
and Extension of Comment Period

                         Tuesday, September 7, 1993

The public hearing for the above case (58 FR 44490, 8/23/93), involving a
proposed foreign-trade zone in Ventura County, California, that was
scheduled for September 14, 1993, has been rescheduled to October 5, 1993,
beginning at 10 a.m., in the Port Hueneme City Council Chambers, 250 North 
Ventura Road, Port Hueneme, California.

Also, the period for public comment is extended to November 5, 1993.
Written comments may be submitted to the Executive Secretary at the address 
below.
