Correction

In notice document 91-31312 beginning on page 42 in the issue of Thursday,
January 2, 1992, make the following correction:
On page 42, in the third column, under Resolution and Order, after the
fourth paragraph, insert the heading "Grant of Authority; Establishment of
a Foreign- Trade Zone; Austin, Texas, Area".
