Foreign-Trade Zone 40--Cleveland, OH; Withdrawal of Application for Subzone
Status for Joseph & Feiss Company Apparel Plant

Notice is hereby given of the withdrawal of the application submitted by
the Cleveland-Cuyahoga County Port Authority, grantee of FTZ 40, requesting
authority for subzone status for the men's tailored apparel manufacturing
facility of the Joseph & Feiss Company in Cleveland, Ohio. The application
was filed on March 19, 1991 (56 FR 13798, 4/4/91).
The withdrawal is requested by the applicant because of changed
circumstances, and the case has been closed without prejudice.
