Resolution and Order
Pursuant to its authority under the Foreign-Trade Zones Act of June 18,
1934, as amended (19 U.S.C. 81a-81u), and the Foreign-Trade Zones Board
Regulations (15 CFR part 400), the Foreign-Trade Zones Board (the Board)
adopts the following Order:
The Board, having considered the matter, hereby orders:
After consideration of the request with supporting documents (Docket 22-91,
filed April 23, 1991) of the Economic Growth Council of Great Falls,
grantee of Foreign-Trade Zone 88, Great Falls, Montana, for reissuance of
the grant of authority for said zone to the Great Falls International
Airport Authority, a Montana public corporation, which has accepted such
reissuance subject to approval of the Foreign-Trade Zones Board, the Board,
finding that the requirements of the Foreign-Trade Zones Act, as amended,
and the Board's regulations are satisfied, and that the proposal is in the
public interest, approves the request and recognizes the Great Falls
International Airport Authority as the new grantee of Foreign-Trade Zone
88, Great Falls, Montana.
The Secretary of Commerce, as Chairman and Executive Officer of the Board,
is hereby authorized to issue a grant of authority and appropriate Board
Order.
