                              Washington, DC.

                           Monday, March 11, 1991


Resolution and Order

Pursuant to its authority under the Foreign-Trade Zones Act of June 18, 
1934, as amended (19 U.S.C.81a-81u), and the Foreign-Trade Zones Board 
Regulations (15 CFR part 400), the Foreign-Trade Zones Board (the Board) 
adopts the following order:

The Board, having considered the matter, hereby orders:

After consideration of the request with supporting documents (Docket 44-90,
filed 12/28/90) of the Puget Sound Foreign-Trade Zone Association (PSFTZA), 
grantee of Foreign-Trade Zone 86, Tacoma, Washington, for reissuance of the 
grant of authority for said zone to the Port of Tacoma, a Washington State 
municipal corporation, which has accepted such reissuance subject to 
approval of the Foreign-Trade Zones Board, the Board, finding that the 
requirements of the Foreign-Trade Zones Act, as amended, and the Board's 
regulations are satisfied, and that the proposal is in the public interest, 
approves the request and recognizes the Port of Tacoma as the new grantee 
of Foreign-Trade Zone 86, Tacoma, Washington.

The Secretary of Commerce, as Chairman and Executive Officer of the Board,
is hereby authorized to issue a grant of authority and appropriate Board 
Order.
