The comment period for the above case, requesting authority for the
manufacture of flexible pipe under zone procedures within FTZ 65, Panama
City, Florida (56 FR 29463, 6/27/91), is extended to September 26, 1991, to
allow interested parties additional time in which to comment on the
proposal.
