Subzone Status for Zeon Chemicals Texas, Inc.

Notice is hereby given of the withdrawal of the application submitted by
the Port of Houston Authority, grantee of FTZ 84, requesting authority for
subzone status for the synthetic rubber manufacturing plant of Zeon
Chemicals Texas, Inc., in Pasadena, Texas. The application was filed on
November 27, 1989 (54 FR 49321, 11/30/89).
The withdrawal is requested by the applicant because of changed
circumstances, and the case has been closed without prejudice.
