for Expansion; Extension of Public Comment Period

The comment period for the above case, requesting authority to expand the
subzone and the scope of manufacturing authority for Foreign-Trade Subzone
78A of Nissan Motor Manufacturing Corporation U.S.A. (56 FR 16067, 4/
19/91), is extended to August 6, 1991, to allow interested parties
additional time in which to comment on the proposal.
Comments in writing are invited during this period. Submissions should
include 5 copies. Material submitted will be available at:
