SUMMARY: In response to comments from interested parties, the period for 
public comment on the proposed revisions to the regulations of the 
Foreign-Trade Zones Board published in the Federal Register on January 26, 
1990 (55 FR 2760) is extended to April 18, 1990. 
 
 
DATES: Comments on the Proposed rule must be received on or before 
April 18, 1990.
