ACTION: Notice of proposed rulemaking; extension of comment period.  
 
 
SUMMARY: In response to requests from interested parties, the period for 
public comment on the further amendments to the proposed revisions to the 
regulations of the Foreign-Trade Zones Board regarding foreign-trade zones 
in the United States published in the Federal Register on November 20, 
1990 (55 FR 48446), is extended to February 1, 1991. 
 
 
DATES: Comments must be received on or before February 1, 1991.
