Federal Register on Wednesday, February 21, 1990, at page 6027 (55 FR 6027),
is amended to change the address of the Customs office at which the
application is available for public inspection to: Port Director's Office,
U.S. Customs Service, Southwest Region, P.O. Box 1027, Corpus Christi,
TX 78403.
