Foreign Trade Zone 136 -- Brevard County, FL; Amendment of Application
for Expansion
TEXT: Notice is hereby given that the application submitted by the Canaveral
Port Authority requesting expansion of its general-purpose foreign-trade
zone (54 FR 47100, 11/9/89, and amended, 55 FR 4216, 2/7/90) has been further
amended to expand the zone site at the Port Authority's terminal complex to
include the adjacent storage facility (1.6 acres) of Tech-Vest, Inc., 400
West Central Boulevard, Cape Canaveral.
The comment period is reopened until July 27, 1990.
The application and amendment material are available for public
