Foreign-Trade Zone 157 -- Casper, Wyoming; Request to Remove Time Limit

TEXT: The Natrona County International Airport Board of Trustees, Grantee of
FTZ 157, has submitted a request to the Foreign-Trade Zones Board (the Board)
to remove the 1-year time limit in the original grant of authority (Board
Order 426, 54 FR 5532, 2/3/89) for its foreign-trade zone at the Natrona
County International Airport, a Customs user fee airport. The time limit was
imposed because of the issue of reimbursability at airports with user fee
status. The grantee bases its request on Public Law 101-207 (signed on
December 7, 1989), which it indicates resolves the reimbursability issue.

The request was formally filed on January 26, 1990. Comments concerning
the request are invited in writing from interested parties until March 14,
1990. A copy of the request is available at the Office of the Executive
Secretary, Foreign-Trade Zones Board, U.S. Department of Commerce, 14th and
Pennsylvania Avenue, NW., room 2835, Washington, DC 20230.

   Dated: January 31, 1990.
