Resolution and Order Approving With Restrictions, the Application of Greater
Kansas City Foreign-Trade Zone, Inc.
TEXT: Correction
In notice document 89-28347 beginning on page 50257 in the issue of Tuesday,
December 5, 1989, make the following corrections:
1. On page 50257, in the second column, under Resolution and Order, in
the third complete paragraph, in the fourth and fifth lines, the date should
read "October 21, 1988".
2. On the same page, in the third column, under Grant of Authority To
Establish a Foreign-Trade Subzone at the Kawasaki Small Engine Plant in
Nodaway County, Missouri, Adjacent to the Kansas City Customs Port of
Entry, in the second complete paragraph, in the second and third lines,
"15 U.S.C. 400.304" should read "15 CFR 400.304".
3. On the same page, in the same column, in the third line from the end
of the column, the date should read "October 21, 1988".
