TEXT: Pursuant to the authority granted in the Foreign-Trade Zones Act of
June 18, 1934, as amended (19 U.S.C. 81a-81u), and the Foreign-Trade Zones

   Whereas, on December 2, 1983, the Foreign-Trade Zones Board by Order No.

in Quincy, Massachusetts, designated Foreign-Trade Subzone No. 27B;

   Whereas, Massport advised the Board on February 12, 1988, that the
company no longer requires zone procedures at its facility, and requests
voluntary relinquishment of the subzone; and,

   Whereas, the request has been reviewed by the FTZ Staff and the Customs
Service, and approval has been recommended;

   Now, Therefore, the Foreign-Trade Zones Board terminates the status of
Subzone No. 27B effective this date.
