TEXT: The comment period for the above case, involving a proposed special-
purpose subzone for the confectionary manufacturing plant of E.J. Brach &
Sons, Inc. (54 FR 42317, 10/16/89), is extended to December 29, 1989, to
allow interested parties additional time in which to comment on the proposal.
Comments in writing are invited during this period. Submissions shall
include 5 copies. Material submitted will be available at: Office of the
Executive Secretary, Foreign-Trade Zones Board, U.S. Department of
Commerce, Room 2835, 14th and Pennsylvania Avenue, NW., Washington, DC
20230.
