Foreign-Trade Zone 86, Tacoma, WA; Application for Expansion and Request for
Manufacturing of Oil Country Tubular Goods; Extension of Comment Period
TEXT: The period for comments on the above case, involving the expansion of
Foreign-Trade Zone 86 and a request for manufacturing of oil country tubular
goods (53 FR 3907, February 10, 1988), is extended to April 23, 1988, to
allow interested parties additional time in which to comment on the proposal.
Comments in writing are invited during this period. Submissions should be
mailed to the address below and include 5 copies: Office of the Executive
