TEXT: The comment period for the above case, involving a special-purpose
subzone for the small engine manufacturing plant of Kawasaki Motors
Manufacturing Corp., U.S.A. (53 FR 43912, 10/31/88), is extended to January
27, 1989, to allow interested parties additional time in which to comment
on the proposal.
Comments in writing are invited during this period. Submissions shall
include 5 copies. Material submitted will be available at: Office of the
Executive Secretary, Foreign-Trade Zones Board, U.S. Department of Commerce,
