Foreign-Trade Zone 66, Wilmington, NC; Withdrawal of Application for Proposed
Subzone for the American Hoist and Derrick Co;
TEXT: Notice is hereby given of the withdrawal of the application submitted
by the North Carolina State Department of Commerce, grantee of Foreign-Trade
Zone 66, for a subzone at the crane manufacturing plant of American Hoist
and Derrick Company (Amhoist) in Wilmington, North Carolina. The application
was filed on July 14, 1986 (51 FR 26729, 7/25/86). It was opposed by the
domestic steel industry.
The case has been withdrawn without prejudice and FTZ Board Docket 24-86
is closed.
