TEXT: The period for comments on the above case, involving a special-purpose 
subzone for the chain saw and power tool manufacturing plant of Stihl Inc., 
Virginia Beach, Virginia (52 FR 9514, 3-25-87), is extended to June 15, 1987,
to allow interested parties additional time in which to comment on the 
proposal.  
 
   Comments in writing are invited duuring this period. Submissions should
be mailed to the address below and include 5 copies: Office of the Executive
