TEXT: The period for comments on the above case, involving a special-purpose
subzone for the auto manufacturing plant of Diamond Star Motor Corporation
in Normal, Illinois (51 FR 32504, 9/12/86) is extended to November 18, 1986,
to allow interested parties additional time in which to comment on the
proposal.
Comments in writing are invited during this period. Submissions should
be mailed to the address below and include 5 copies.
