SUMMARY: A proposed revision of the Foreign-Trade Zones Board's regulations (15
CFR Part 400) was published in the Federal Register on February 18, 1983 (48 FR
7188-7200), with corrections published on February 28, 1983 (48 FR 8291) An
extension of the period for comment to May 31, was published on April 18, 1983
(48 FR 16502).
This notice further extends the period for comments.
In response to requests received for a further extension of the period for comments
because additional time is needed to fully review and comment on the revised
regulations, the period for public comment is further extended to June 24, 1983.
This extension is granted in the interest of full public participation in the rulemaking,
recognizing the extent and complexity of the proposed revision.
DATE: Comments must be received by June 24, 1983.
