Louisville, Kentucky; Joint Application for Subzone Status for Clark 
Equipment Co.  
 
TEXT: The period for comments on the above case involving special-purpose 
subzone status for the forklift truck manufacturing and distribution 
facilities of Clark Equipment Company in Springfield and Osthemo, Michigan, 
and in Louisville, Kentucky (48 FR 22604, 5/19/83) is extended until 
July 30.  
 
   Further general comments are invited until July 12, 1983. Because no 
public hearing is planned, interested parties may include questions 
regarding nonproprietary information, which after review by the FTZ Staff 
might be posed to the applicant. 
 
   The period after July 12 and until July 30 shall be used only for 
rebuttal comments. Answers to any questions asked of the applicant will 
be expected by July 21. The answers will be available for inspection 
together with other record material. 
 
   Submissions shall include 5 copies. The material submitted will be 
available to the public at the Office of the Executive Secretary, 
Foreign-Trade Zones Board, U.S. Department of Commerce, Room 1872, 14th 
and Pennsylvania, N.W., Washington, D.C. 20230.
