Foreign-Trade Zones Board 
Authorization To Withdraw Certain "Zone Restricted" Merchandise From 
Foreign-Trade Zone No. 26, Shenandoah, Georgia (Atlanta POE), for Entry Into
U.S. Customs Territory 
 
TEXT: Pursuant to its authority under Section 3 of the Foreign-Trade Zones 
Act of June 18, 1934, as amended (19 U.S.C. 81c), the Foreign-Trade Zones 
Board (the Board) adopts the following order: 
 
   After consideration of the request of the grantee of Foreign-Trade Zone 
No. 26, Shenandoah, Georgia, on behalf of a zone user, for authority under 
Section 3 of the Foreign-Trade Zones Act (19 U.S.C. 81c) to withdraw from 
the zone for domestic entry a shipment of garments (Zone Lot #A0032, 123 
cartons of ladies slacks) presently in "zone restricted" status, the Board 
approves the request, finding it to be in the public interest. The shipment 
from the zone shall be subject to Customs entry procedures, including the 
payment of duties.
