Proposed Foreign-Trade Zone -- Boonville, MO.; Withdrawal of Application

TEXT: Notice is hereby given that the Greater Kansas City Foreign-Trade
Zone, Inc., a not-for-profit Missouri corporation and grantee of
Foreign-Trade Zones No. 15 and No. 17 in the Greater Kansas City area,
has withdrawn without prejudice its application for authority to establish
a foreign-trade zone at Boonville, Missouri, filed September 19, 1978
(Docket No. 11-78). The U.S. Customs Service had raised a question
concerning the proximity of the proposed site to the closest Customs
port of entry.
The withdrawal has been approved by the Board's executive secretary
and the proposal is considered closed.
